Gruet is made by our family friends near Corrales, NM...amazing for the price. I've been drinking it since I was a little girl (get them started early, I say). It is my default champagne for every occassion. Their Rose is wonderful as well; we just recently served it at our wedding. I use my recently roasted and frozen Hatch green chiles sauteed butter with onion and tomato. Smother half steamed zucchini with this mixture, add lots of cheese and pop in the oven until bubbling and melted. SO good.
