I've got the Moby thing on my list next time I'm at the store that carries it! Glad to know others like it too. My daughter is only 7.5 months and already is drawn to the faucet and often insists on standing in her baby tub and tries to grab at it, so we need to get that thing covered ASAP before an accident happens! I'm Canadian and was raised with the European style, which I believe is the standard up here. On a cruise someone asked my husband and I if we were European because of how we handled our utensils! Genius, pure genius! Like Slow Loris points out, I do spend a bit of time laying everything out to try to minimize scraps, but it's inevitable with normal cutters. This would save so much time from having to re-roll the scraps over and over (and you wouldn't be left with that lump that's too small to be re-rolled to a cutter size that ends up being a lump-shaped cookie) Forget Scraps: Make Multiple Cookies With A Single Cut |

Honestly you're probably right that it's similar to HFCS, but at the same time I think it's unfair to jump to conclusions based on assumptions. Maybe some more digging should be done before writing it off and getting angry..or maybe that's just me. What's the Deal with High Maltose Corn Syrup? |
