Shelly - You are so talented! It looks incredible! I'm so tempted to run out now and try to find a table like this.

I first saw these at an Indianapolis Museum of Art exhibit on contemporary design. They are fascinating and beautiful and I'd love to bring them home!

I really love the acrylic boxes with tiny chairs in them. It's a great idea. Very creative.

I can't wait to see it and post about it on my site. I love small space decorating. It's really fun and exciting.

Yep. Bedside tables for me too. I redecorated our bedroom (you can see it at http://www.thedesignfile.net/thedesignfile/2009/05/inspired-by-spring-green.html) but I strategically left most of the bedside tables out of the picture.

That's because they're those $15 white laminate shelf boxes or whatever. My husband is supposed to build us a couple custom pieces but...it's way down his to-do list.

I love how everybody is pairing your settee with so many different colors. It just goes to show you that when you pick a fantastic piece like that, it can go with so many things!

My personal choice would be kind of an apple green. How about the Chloe chair in celadon (which you can see at this post - http://www.thedesignfile.net/thedesignfile/2009/05/inspired-by-spring-green.html). Or a barrel chair like this: http://www.lampsplus.com/Products/Wasabi-Barrel-Club-Chair__G4788.html.

Or you go with orange and pick this cool IKEA KARLSTAD chair (http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/70117761) which I think looks really comfortable.

Please don't tell me the decal trend is over. I've got some birds up in my bedroom that I adore!

Here's one of my favorite hooks: http://www.hightoweraccess.com/pricelist/new/pdf/camouflage.pdf

You can use these pieces as wall decor or, if you scroll down to another photo, as hooks. Very cool.

I used potted plans to decorate tables at two baby showers.

At my sister's shower, I did individual potted plans. Each guest took one home - along with one of these little cookies - as a favor. See a picture here: http://lesleystedmanphotography.smugmug.com/photos/327395655_jJkPY-M.jpg

At a friend's baby shower, I nursed large potted plants along for months until they were huge and used them as decorations on the tables and throughout the room. I gave them away as game prizes.

The hardest part is just making sure everything is in bloom and looking good on party day. At my sister's shower, I actually bought some gerbera daisies at a local florist the day before and used those little picks that hold water to add a few blooms to the larger pots I was using as buffet decorations.

No one was the wiser and commented about how many blooms there were!

These are great. I love them all. But wouldn't you that the one I like the best - the Wegner Sawbuck Chair - is the most expensive! Too bad.

I think I'll include this post in my Sunday blog roundup at my blog - www.TheDesignFile.net.

Thanks for posting it.

Wow. This is really amazing! It's hard to believe how different it looks. I'd love to know more about how she attached the chalk boards.

I'm crazy about the light fixtures. They add a ton of style and look practical as well.

Overall, it's a great house.

The is just too cute. I would love a tiny getaway like this -- but not if it was too cold to go outside. My husband and I couldn't make it in that tiny space unless we could get away from each other. Still, it's absolutely adorable.
