I'm so sad about Mother's. I grew up on those cookies (iced oatmeal being a huge favorite.) My third grade class even took a field trip to the Oakland factory. I have a question about using yogurt as a marinade. I tried doing chicken breast with yogurt and curry powder, but when I went to stir-fry it, the yogurt curdled. It tasted fine, but definitely wasn't pretty. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong? I can't remember if I used a low-fat or whole milk yogurt.
