My mom does this but also adds rosemary to the mix along with a new potatoes and carrots, the veggies wind up so full of all the yummy juices. Hmmm, I think I'll make this tonight. Recipe: Lemon Garlic Chicken |

I absolutely love this apartment. The style suits me very well, I know my boyfriend would love this too. Finally someone who's got a sense of humor and style. I'm getting so tired of all these sterile or overly "country clutter" apartments. The use of colors and decor is spot on. This is an adult's apartment. If I was on a date with you and came over and saw this, it would be game over ;). Jonas' Modern Hollywood Regency Homestead House Tour | Apartment Therapy Chicago |

The one place that you should add to this is The Farmer's Market at The Grove. The Grove can be overlooked, it's just an outdoor mall (3rd street in Santa Monica is better). But the Farmer's Market is great for grabbing lunch and a glass of wine or beer and sitting outdoors and people watching. So many different types of food. Loteria Grill there, has the best Mole. Darn, now I'm hungry. Destination: Los Angeles A "Best Of" City Guide | Apartment Therapy Los Angeles |

This is beautiful. The use of dark colors in such a small space makes it feel cozy, not cramped. And those cupboards! I love that cool blue/gray. Such a vast improvement. Before After: Will's Toronto Rowhouse Transformation | Apartment Therapy Chicago |

The last three aren't bad, you can tell that it's more of a collection than "stuff strewn about" but god, that one with the Fridge!! I would not want to eat anything in that kitchen. Organized Chaos | Apartment Therapy New York |

@ImproperBostonian Sicko? Really? Impractical perhaps, but I don't think they made the chair out of malice. 99 Bottles of Beer Inside Man | Apartment Therapy Chicago |

I personally don't like it. With the feaux antique finish on an antique piece it looks like it was bought at a Pottery Barn or something similar. Sarah's Delightful Dresser Re-Do Flickr Find | Apartment Therapy DC |

@msjessica They could also be completely comfortable with themselves and know who they truly are, so they are able to see beauty in all of those wonderful objects. This truly has a feel of a home, not an adapted apartment. It's so cozy and welcoming. I love the milk glass collection, and the Carin! :D Small Cool 2010: Stacey's Awesome Thrifted Finds Little Division # 31 | Apartment Therapy Chicago |

I agree with some of the posters above that it feels a bit stale. I feel like I'm walking into a "set" apartment or hotel suite. Small Cool 2010: Kittie's Useful Beautiful Teeny Tiny Division #16 | Apartment Therapy New York |

I love this! I love ordered Eclectic. Everything is displayed without it being "on display". Love the Goose! It's so refreshing to see someone who's shows such a great personality through their home. I've been getting tired of these all white, sterile homes that AT has been showing lately. Thank you! Briana's Salvaged Sanctuary House Tour | Apartment Therapy Boston |

Two things I like about the "after": The higher tile privacy wall between the tub/door view and the toilet, and the floor. Everything else is so sterile and well, boring. I really the before picture (minus the carpeting). I love that old heater and the window molding. Plus the sink is too cute. I'd love to have that before bathroom. I love the house but the interior decorating, brings it down. The furniture is very drab and completely distracts you from the lines of the interior. The Wilkinson Residence House Tour | Apartment Therapy San Francisco |

I'm split on this. Not because of the theme, the theme is great, I just think the execution is a little cheesy. The stone walls look to bright and fake, the decorations are a little too sparse and spread out. It's just to clean for a D&D Game room. I do love the iron closet door, the table and the armory.
