Hi, this is Andrew (co-designer and co-owner of Argington). This is in regard to the third comment from the clearly disatisfied and seemingly vengeful purchaser of the babylon highchair, we are suprised by your confident admission to boycott Argington furniture.

Personally speaking, I simply wouldn't allow anyone within my organization to speak to you or any of my other customers that way. We always treat our customers with courtesy and respect, nor is it our practice to make customers feel less important than others. We stand behind our products, and approach each problem with sensitivity and a desire for customer resolution. We would like to understand the root of your problem, and give you the service we provide to all our customers.
