A word to the ones who bad criticize the bad criticizers.....

If all of the people posting on this blog is submitting their spaces for public scrutiny they'll have good and bad coming. It is the way it goes in life in general.

All the ones who are just interested in the pretty, self indulgent and kiss *ss comments are not keeping up with what reality is....

This place works for the people living in this house and in really amazing taste, that's what should we should all be looking at.... Just trying to figure out why and how this place works so well, taxidermy, cat and all! ;)

You have a beautifully balanced room and an inmaculate floor..... Do you really need a rug?

Adding a rug, would certainly mean beauty overkill....You would have to edit something else in the room to keep the wonderful look you've achieved so far.

How big is the bathroom... if not that big, it might worth the effort to change the tile... If not possible, then make whatever furniture in the bathroom modern and in the darkest wood stain possible without it being black, nickel finish hardware. Pure white walls and lots of bright light. It will make it all more slick and make you look nicer too!!

If anyone is going for such stupid idea of sexualizing colors... and being the average man, the target of such move. It would be easier, wiser and more effective to go for something as simple as: Green, strong green, darker green. Or even better.... Green 001, Green 002.......

If you can change the whole countertop for a wood thing would be better... and put some wide moulding around the mirror.... get a table lamp (just to make it more bedside table like) and the light fixture move it from the wall to the ceiling... get rid of the second side mirror and paint the walls in a color of your choice (they are small so you can go wild)... something with drawers under the counter will also help you rid of the bathroom feel.

I hate it when people treat art like a wall filler.... It's true most of us can't afford real art and some others can't really comprehend what it really is.
It's somewhat insulting to me when people spend zillions of money on street bought paintings and really pride in themselves telling everyone how their couch cushions perfectly match the dress on the girl carrying flowers in the painting. Even worst when "art" is valued through physical measure.

Mark my words... you are going to HATE this five years from now....

Why don't I ever come up with things like these!!??

If it's possible try to spot the precise place the smell is coming from.

It can come from something left to rot next to the fridge wall or left on the bottom, which could have been absorbed by the plastic lining (Huge problem!!). The smell can also come from the rubber borders around the door.

It could also come from inside the cooling system or within the walls. In which case, once found could be easier to deal with.

YOU NEED TO EXACTLY SPOT WHERE THE SMELL IS COMING FROM. If not, it's possible that whatever you do to mask the smell is going to be useless.

The best material you can use to absorb odors in general for a fridge is activated charcoal (the one you use for fishtanks).
