I love this post. I think the trend toward treating outdoor spaces as additional rooms of the house is resulting in really over-thought, overwrought spaces. I was worried about just this issue when I bought my kids new mattresses 2 weeks ago, and was really happy to find Keetsa. They treat their mattresses with silver, which is naturally anti-microbial, and eliminate the need to spray a mattress with yet another harmful chemical. Keetsa is the way to go! Your appreciation and promotion of green things is fabulous. Keep it coming! But calling it overexposed? Please don't go there. Environmentalism is not "overexposed", it's not "played out" and totally has not "jumped the shark". I'm sure the telephone thing felt a little overexposed right before everyone got one and communication was changed forever.
