Are all of these photos taken from different angles? Photo 1 has no windows, Photo 2 shows 2 windows (on adjacent walls). The photo that shows the room during the renovation has an abundance of windows, what happened to them??

I had a cat when I was young who would do this only because he was so nosy he just had to be in the know and wanted to be wherever we were. He was really good in the car too; we would take him upstate to our vacation house and he didn't even need a carrier. It totally depends on the cat's personality. Unlike dogs, they dont respond well to commands and only do what they WANT to do.

Is it too much that I did a similar color with a turquoise-like color two years ago? Too much for some, but in my house with little direct sunlight it brightened things up and I love it!!

I really don't agree with leave the old cabinets if you are going to flip a place those cabinets do not appeal to a wide market of people and unfortunately white does. I do agree with the comments on the placement of the appliances, it does not seem set up efficiently.

Though the colors are not bold, I love this room. It has a very calming effect and does truly remind me of the ocean

I am a great believer that paint can solve anything. I love it!

People are saving these days. There are some great lovingly used items out there these days and for me, the retail items are all starting to look alike (and prices are getting ridiculously high) and I feel they are not worth splurging on.

I will never give up books; that is where I draw the line. I love the look, feel and page turning ritual of it.

Love quartz and would never go back. These countertops are indistructible! Hot pots, cutting without a cutting board, spills that would normally stain are no problem for these counter tops - definately worth it!! Stainless on the other hand can be a pain, but it too has stood the test of time. White is nice, but not really a fashion statement.

The real problem? The loss of gym class - the opportunity to work out. We used to eat all of these foods in school and had very few fat children. Why? Because we participated in so many physical activities (at home and school). Instead of focusing on the food, we should focus on the physical activity for at least 30 minutes per day. Parents could try taking walks with their kids when they get home which is a great way of winding down (and getting a chance to talk). I still do it with my daughter (she's 21) and she loves it.
