I have never tried to repair mine- just get another pair. I do reuse the holey ones by giving them to my 5 year old for use as dress-up gloves. I had a pillow-for-one that was alot like this ( I called it a Husband pillow- don't know if I made that up) and I LOVED it. It was great for sitting up activities in bed, and for when I needed to sleep with my head elevated due to sinus stuff. What I didn't like was finding a spot to store it when I didn't want it on my bed- looks like the Slouchback has solved that problem! I do agree with pxlchk1 about the cupholders, though- too reminiscent of Beer coozies- blecch! I would definitely consider buying this if I had bed that needed to do double duty as a sitting area!
