gorilla glue! Just glue the whole thing back together. I have used GG for many a fix around my house and it ALWAYS holds. Only thing you want to remember is to make it stay in place until it dries, because there is no undoing it Is This Chair Fixable? Good Questions |

we had the split and we took it out. The toilet/sink half was so dark and it is TOTALLY worth giving up the separation. The idea of two people using the bathroom at the same time is nice, but the truth is it never happens Lighten Dark Shower with Interior Window? Good Questions |

I actually got up at 5:30 to place an order online, then took a shower and was at Target by 7:15. I stood in line, went in at 8 and went straight to housewares. Got everything I wanted and watched as people literally bought every single piece of home from the shelves. The employees gave up trying to put in on shelves and left it on the carts it came out on. Sad that people that wanted a piece for themselves couldn't get it because of ebayers. I bought several things, but I can promise you, after waiting on this launch since Spring (and taking a vacation day to shop for it) none of mine will end up on ebay Missoni For Target: The Sad & Sold Out In-Store Look |

The first time I ever saw Breakfast at Tiffanys, this was the thing that stood out. I wanted one so bad. Now my taste is a little more formal, but if I could find the right spot...and a broken clawfoot tub, I am sure that I could make it work. There was a time in the 1930s when it was in vogue to have an all silver tree. People washed the color off their ornaments and displayed them with only the silver inside. This won't help when they have a sentimental attachment, but it is nice to know that they can still be appreciated for their shape. How Do I Clean and Care for Vintage Ornaments? Good Questions |

I work in retail and know that Thanksgiving is my last day of calm for a while. I always tell everyone that I am going somewhere else so I can spend the day alone. I sleep in that morning, and then do whatever I want to all day. I usually watch a little of the parade and then old movies while I fix the parts of Thanksgiving that I love (turkey, stuffing, brussels sprouts) I always look forward to the day alone while my beloved hubby is with his family for the weekend. No huge suggestions here, although I think with shadows and diffused light, follow the advice of the Swedes and go pale and grey. It makes the summer feel cooler and the winter more cozy. when we did our kitchen with cabinets from ikea, I felt all the knobs at Restoration Hardware until I grabbed one that felt like "my kitchen." The knobs were more expensive than the cabinet doors, however they totally make the room. This wallpaper haunts me. I really wanted to put it on our bathroom when we renovated, but it just didn't end up in the budget. It is best when used like it is shown, trimmed at the top to highlight the shape of the leaves.
