This is really fantastic but 1) how do you make your bed? & 2) This is probably better for a general forum but I live in San Francisco and there is no way in hell I could do such make overs in my rental without trouble. It seems the New Yorkers are able to do this all the time on AP. Do you ever have lease issues? When/if you ever DID move out, would you have to return it to a certain state or do most landlords consider the make over an improvement and move on? Anyway - it's an amazing place. I'm in about the same sq ft with molding galore so thanks for the inspiration.
