Wow, it looks really huge afterward. I'm not a huge fan of the pattern on the cabinets, but the space is amazing.

I love these things. I've also heard they're really great for basements because you can always just replace the one (or two) necessary if you have a leak.

I'm a big fan of eclectic. I especially love their fireplace and the fireplace screen they have. I really need to do something with our fireplace. It's just so boring right now. Thanks for sharing! ~ Sarah @

I love the patchwork sofa. Sometimes bold colorful patterns are too much for me, but some of these are nice.

The only one I've tried is the green works one. It smells really nice, but doesn't cut through grease very well. I'm interested to know the results to this one.

I'm not sure. I know that it doesn't fit into the super contemporary. But with the urban feel, you could try making something out of a door. It looks like you're looking for something glass though?

I really like the pink one and the light blue one. But some of them just look out of place. Those two blend in very beautifully though.

If the tenant will let you, I would paint the cabinets white (or light green) and add pretty knobs. Easy fix. If not, perhaps paint the walls and add wall decor and accessories on the counter.
