i haven't had a strawberry since i learned the soil they're grown in gets sprayed with mercury. we should start seeing some local organic ones soon, though! this has been a long cold spring.

the traditional molds are individual. they're not shiny from the oil. maybe it's just the picture because they're just kind a moist little cakelets. i've seen specific silicone cannele molds (jb prince).

i never precook my lasagne noodles. i add extra water, stock or wine to my red sauce and the noodles come out perfectly cooked.

i think this is an amazing piece of DIY! i could never make anything like that.
clausterphobics: it's not made for big folks that have the vision for expansive views and open spaces, babies like to feel secure and closed in.
I'd like a few more of the big holes, though.

i put them in a pressure cooker with lemon, olive oil, salt, pepper and a little water. they cook quickly and are totally infused with flavor in less than 15 minutes!
