All of these posts come as no surprise to me. Thankfully I have only spent a small amount of money in their store on floor samples and sale items. After hearing some bad word of mouth in the Orlando area about Bo Concept's poor customer service and delivery, I knew to stay away . . . far away and thanks blog only validates the choice.

Personally I look at organizations like this and realize that it is really an opportunity in disguise. If this company was for sale or if there were upper management positions available it would be great to jump into a place like this. From what it sounds like, a few minor changes can really sky rocket this company: Fulfill delivery promises. Be nice to the customer. Make courtesy calls when orders are backed up. All customer service basics! I have worked in customer service based industries for all my life and there are all things I learned by job 1 day 2. . . But hey, after all, they are based out of New Jersey. Did you really expect any better ;)
