First off, Maxwell, thank you SO MUCH for the help! I actually feel "lazy" b/c those links you posted are EXACTLY what I'm looking for (I just wish I'd found them on AT myself before sending in my question).

Having said that, I think that Delonghi is going to work out perfectly (though, artdoggie, I will check out the Verona as well).

Susan, to answer your question about the range vs. separate cooktop/oven, it's really just a stylistic preference (the friend who drew up that drawing thought of it and I fully bought into the concept). Having said that, there is a remote chance that once I get in there to redo the kitchen in July I may be "forced" to go w/ a range (I put forced in quotes b/c that fp range you specified is actually really nice looking and I would not be sad if I had something like that in place of the cooktop/oven). Also wanted to say thanks for the idea on the wall. You're right. I should move the cooktop/oven away from the wall so the wall becomes usable. Great idea!

Sorry for the long comment, folks, but just wanted to get the appropriate "thanks" out there. This has been extremely helpful. I might have to come back on here in a week or two when I'm ready to buy a kitchen sink and ask if anyone knows of one that would fit nicely into a 25" x 16" space.

Take care and thanks again.
