As we offer over 120 fabrics that can be custom-made to fit about 90 different models, each of which is sewn to order, it admittedly doesn't always work out to be cheaper than mass produced items from Ikea. However, we offer you this vast range to choose from as our main ambition is to give you the opportunity to put your personal mark on your furniture and your home - ideally without blowing your budget. Plus, all of our all-natural fabrics are hard wearing, stain resistant and machine washable, not to mention that you are unlikely to sit on a similar one at a friend's house! [Christie from Bemz] - here to answer a few questions. First to you Pencils: yes that is an Ikea table in the top shot. It's an IMFORS coffee table. Secondly, the artwork BlueLM and nordynono ask about is a Marimekko fabric stretched over a frame. It's called KEISARINNA and is available in six different colorways. (Fyi, it is only suitable for lighter wearing fabric demands such as curtains.) Tartanfrog and cbenn - thank you so much for putting us onto Amy Butler. Great suggestion. I passed it onto our design department and they looked into it. Unfortunately, it seems that she doesn't at present make any upholstery fabrics, i.e., fabrics strong enough to withstand the wear and our sofas our subjected to!
