I totally agree with Max -- my Thermapen is absolutely indispensible for me when I'm cooking meat or frying. It's the only thermometer I use anymore on any regular basis (I have a few of those probe ones in the drawer), and I love it. Apartment Therapy - Kitchen Tools: Instant-Read Thermometer |

Does anyone have this already? It's gotten lukewarm reviews on Amazon. It seems to be hit or miss. I've found Belkin quality to be mediocre usually, but the design of other KVMs usually is not a feature. I'd love to hear if anyone recommends this or has another switch they like better. I saw this about a year ago, where someone posted a detailed log of using one of these and it looked interesting. They had some success with it. I have been tempted, if I wasn't tied into buying their seed pods. I'd love to know if there is a DIY pod maker or if it's possible to re-use with my own seeds. AeroGarden |
