This seems like a great idea. However, I have to wonder what the pail is coated with, and what, if any, byproduct might risk contaminating the food (even if it is only in small quantities)? They are probably using a heat resistant powder-coat paint, but I still wonder since it is in close contact with items which will be consumed....
