Loved the before base but not the shade. To leave the base and perhaps change out the shade may have given a cooler look, IMO. Still, the redo is a clean look and works for the room. She did a great job. Design is to each his own.

We just got a Little Tykes playhouse from a garage sale and I'm ready to paint it but after I went to Lowes I was uninspired by the plastic paint choices. Looks like I"ll have to hit Ace - thanks for the tips! You guys did a great job!

I adore this place. First off, the apartment by itself is DIVINE- Wow, I would love to live there! Second, the decorating is assured and beautiful. And third, I like the f--k it on the wall; the floral keeps it from being too harsh.

Lovely tour - brightened my day.

First off, I LOVE the red crib - I am a sucker for painted red cribs :) Major swoon. And I am loving the grey paint. I never think of using grey as a room color. Thanks for reminding us all of that as a great choice! Second, the series of pregnancy photos was genius. What a great remembrance of the pregnancy AND the redesign of the babies room. You were a gorgeous pregnant woman. Though I'm sure you were very happy to get those sweet babies out of your body :)
