Having moved to the Hudson Valley, we invested in this stroller, which has so far been fabulous, but I can't imagine having to lug it around the city (subways, buses, etc.). The frame is 12 pounds but the wheels are very heavy and add a lot of weight. It takes muscle getting it into the back of our Prius. We love it on the local streets and trails though.
