I wish the photos were taken in better light, they are too dark to be able to see anything really well.

The side of a measuring cup and then the egg goes into the measuring cup. Mainly because it makes it easier to get any bits of shell (it's such a pain to pick them out of a big bowl of ingredients). The countertop method seems like it could get messy!

I think it looks lovely, and I like that you turned what had been a closet into a little bar type area with a prep sink (love prep sinks!) - but I'm a little sad that you seem to have closed up the entranceway to the dining room a bit. I'm curious about why you did that?

Mint doesn't work with all banks nor does it let you anticipate future spending - in my mind, these are two huge flaws and the reason that I don't use Mint (plus Mint does not necessarily give you real time data). These sites/apps look like they are more for tracking and budgeting on a daily basis where you're the one inputting the information, which is something that Mint doesn't do. Two completely different things guys.

I wish she'd kept the black counters, I love the contrast.

No one ever answered what happened to the used mattresses.

So, this sort of commenting is why I'm sad that apt therapy combined all of its various sites. I don't think it works.

Really cool piece of furniture, but I also don't like the gray very much. I actually think this would've looked great if the trim was painted a contrasting color and the hardware was oil rubbed bronze or silver colored metal. Personally, I would've done a creamy white (more white less yellow) with black or navy trim - I do love the pastel colored interior though! And for $15, what a find!

Aluminum foil is what my mom has been using for years - it works much better at scrubbing than any brillo pad I've ever used.
