I am so sorry I did not read these emails before I spent several thousand dollars on a Chatham and Wells mattress from Sleepys -first Sleepys was THE most horrible store to purchase a mattress - we brought two and our Kind mattress was first delivered ripped; the delivery men rode over a stone wall and ripped the second matress that was delivered -- and the times for the delivery were not honored. After the third mattress, we have been having trouble with the Chatham and Wells - my back has been killing me and there are holes and valleys -- is this is suppose to be one of the best mattresses -- I contacted both Sleepys and the company - neither followed through -- the company has NEVER returned my emails -- Sleepys has refused to address the problem. STAY AWAY from buying anything from SLEEPYS and don't buy a Chatham and Wells mattress.
