Dark rooms or north-facing rooms go warm. Sunny rooms go cool.

If you live way up north, like Minnesota, where it's 20 below zero some days, you may want to stick with warm!

I got them all right except the Golden Girls question.

I did visit a house in Minneapolis that I am pretty sure didn't have a basement, The Purcell- Cutts house. Because, like Frank Lloyd Wright they didn't believe in basements.

This is actually the first house living without a dishwasher. It was fine when I was living alone. But when two slobs moved in I had to do something because I was tired of finding a sink full of dishes every time I went into the kitchen. I put all the extra dishes into storage. Now? There are three plates, three bowls, and three mugs.

It never builds up, and it never takes more than two minutes to wash the dishes.

Really nice, but just getting rid of the dirty glass and brass would have made it look better.

My tiny kitchen used to be so clean and organized, then someone's teenager with all her prepared junk food infiltrated the house. My cabinet is full of all these prepared foods like instant oatmeals and dintymore soups that I KNOW no one will ever eat. Totally messing with my mojo.
