the bathroom is my favorite....it reminds me of a very upscale sauna...and to me, it's quite tranquil.

you don't need lots of wood and other traditional items to make a bathroom feel serene...I think it's funny that people often forget that there's more than one way to bake a cake.

the clever use of space, and use of quality materials is what I really like about this apartment. very thoughtful design.

can anyone tell me more about the chair in the bedroom area? i'm in love.

I don't like the idea of an oval table, nor do I like the idea of having an oval table either...you've got a nice geometric space there, almost like an open puzzle the way the couch and chairs fit together...I like the idea of something with a dark finish for contrast, and my first choice would be with a low, dark burlwood block coffee table...I feel like you don't want to be too dramatic in terms of the size of the table, so something that would fit nicely in between the chairs and couch portion of the sofa unit might look really nice....I'm not an expert by any means, though so I could be wayy off, but the image I have in my head is sort of a mondrian painting....
