Another for washer/dryer. They have ironing board that go on the back of your door and flip down - much better at saving space then this contraption.

At larger tables once three to four people have been served you can start to eat. Also, it is never appropriate to educate people on their lack of etiquette. In fact, it is very bad form to do such a thing, manners are rules that make people more comfortable in situations and not for scolding.

How is this blatantly wrong or unfair? The tenants have played by the rules of law and came out on the winning side. The landlord didn't file the paperwork - so the tenants did what exactly wrong?

@Dfig the way it works is that when the apartments get out of rent control or stabilization the landlords jack the rent up considerably. These are only two tenants in the whole building. Also buildings with rent control tenants are incredibly cheap to buy, so no need to worry about the poor owner.

Using someone else's photo is NOT a gray area. If you didn't take the picture you have NO RIGHTS TO IT.

And Fairey wasn't attacked for simply being an artist. He was attacked for being a thief. If some took his Obey posters and changed them up a bit and sold them - he would sue.

Why should the photographer give up his work to Fairey? Fair use would have been painting Obama from scratch not from using someone else's work for free. That is simply stealing. Fairey knew it was wrong hence the falsifying documents. Thank goodness the photographer is covered by copyright. Just because you find something on the internet doesn't mean it is yours to use.
