I'm glad you enjoyed making it! I love eating fresh kimchi as soon as my mom or grandma has finished making it. There are so many kinds for the different seasons and so many different ways you can use kimchi from fresh to fermented.

My first thought was condensed milk but who knows? I recommend Korean patbingsu which you can see what's in it by following the link provided above by AlisonCJ. I grew up eating it every summer and it is the best dessert ever!

My mom would boil cabbage leaves and we'd be able to take it out of the fridge and eat it by wrapping around rice with a little miso paste (dwenjang). So yummy.
