I always add a visual cue- I turn on the oven light when the oven goes on and the turn it and the gas off as the item comes out. With the cold damp winter comes the love of a bold Washington state Syrah. As spring arrives we enjoy the bubbles with the new fresh strawberries and crepes. My house white is the Italian Inama Soave, or Washington State Rulo Viognier. As summer sets in I make room for some good hard cider. YUM!
