A friend of mine here in Lexington, MA is redoing her kitchen and is thinking of putting in a soapstone countertop, but is afraid of it being able to scratch. Can you comment on what it's like to have soapstone? Does it scratch easily? What do you for maintenance? Thanks! Hi - love the kitchen. I was wondering about the under cabinet lighting. How did you do it? Did you get an electrician because I don't see any cords.
