Why not try making an aioli? Whisk an egg yolk with a teaspoon of French or Dijon mustard in a bowl adding 1 1/4 cups of olive oil bit by bit as you whisk to make a smooth mayonaise. Crush up a clove (or 2!) of raw garlic together with a teaspoon of coarse salt in a pestle and mortar and add to the mayo with a good squeeze of lemon juice. Season the mix with salt and pepper to taste. Looking for Recipes That Incorporate Raw Garlic Good Questions |

I'm intrigued! Although one thing immediately springs to mind, what about the pre-heating stage? I would fear overcooking and burning by leaving it in there for too long - maybe more water/liquid in mix to compensate? Also I rely on the magic of non-stick spray before putting a sprinkling of wheatbran to make sure I can turn it out when its ready. How would I work around that? We fitted our bedroom with Ligne Roset and it immediately became our favourite room. Unfortunately there was a bit of an incident with the construction of the wardrobe but they were prompt to send someone out to repair it and it was perfect after that. Yes, it might have been slightly extravagant but the quality is unmatched and I know it will last for years! Apartment Therapy Los Angeles | Ligne Roset Los Angeles and Santa Monica |
