I think I'd spend a lot of time in this room. Love the sheets, and vibrant colors like the globes and the iconic FLE print. Wonderful. Clara's Happy Handmade Vintage Room Small Kids, Big Color Entry #26 |

Really unusual use of pattern. I think it's such a nice change from pale, understated nurseries. Jacob is going to be one cool kid. Cheerful Nursery Retreat Small Kids, Big Color Entry #32 |

Their organic brown rice that is frozen. 3 minutes in the microwave to delicious and healthy rice. The pumpkin bread around Christmas time is supposed to be a classic. One man was so disappointed that I got the last box in the store that I had to give it to him since I'd already made a few batches. Spotted at Trader Joe's: 5 Great Staples for Our Pantries |

Holy cow, leave the poor mom alone! She's done a gorgeous job with little Lila Sage's room and if she starts grabbing at the mirror I'm sure her mom will move it. Comments like this really bother me and are plentiful on AT - we're all just trying to do our best as parents and people so a little more support, please! Off to flea market in Rhode Island. I've been able to get so much done in my kids' rooms and my kitchen. My pantry organization has totally changed all of our lives...kids know which bin has their snacks and where to put things back. We know what is running low on grocery day. My kids love their room even though it's not done. The diy projects the Cure has inspired me to make me feel really accomplished. I've also some how freed up extra energy to open an Etsy store. This Cure has had effects on me I never anticipated. (But boy, I'm tired!) Apartment Therapy Chicago | Week 5: Getting Into The Thick Of It Show Tell |

Oh boy, projects never seem to be done. Every time I accomplish something Junior demolishes something else. I'm tired! Nevertheless, I love the direction I'm taking and figure just moving at a slow plod will put me way ahead of where I was 8 weeks ago when all is said and done. A mop rack hung here, a hook placed there. I LOVE my under sink storage and the bins in my pantry have helped soooo much: We know what we have, where it is and what to grocery shop for. Hi Boston! I'm behind, too, just as I expected. Want to finish the kitchen before starting the landing strip. Husband keeps saying "Quit calling it that!" I really like the idea that environmentalism is the expansion of home. These are small things, but after explaining to Husband how fixing things helps to "heal" the home, he fixed a broken hinge with one screw and also replaced a lightbulb (we didn't even know we had a front stoop light!) It's like eating healthily, getting some exercise, treating yourself well. I'd never considered this concept before starting the cure, but Maxwell, I it really resonates with me. trulijules, well done. Don't you feel good? While I was meeting the girls at Ikea, my husband replaced a screw (yes, a single screw) to fix our kitchen cabinet door. He was soooo proud of himself (he's not so handy) and I think he might be getting into this cure. How did we let a door stay broken for a year when all it needed was a single screw?! (ok, that sentence doesn't sound so good, hope MGR doesn't kick me off, heh heh.) Apartment Therapy Boston | Spring Cure 2009: Discussion Board I Boston |
