huh. I'm so confused by most of the comments. Most of the rest of the world has been doing this for a while. You can go to stores where they have a barrel of wine and get a bottle filled from it. I've never been enamored of the ritual of the bottle mentioned above. And alcohol is a major disinfectant. Coming Soon: BYOC (Bring Your Own Container) Wine |

My uncle used to eat mayonnaise and sugar sandwiches. Now that is weirder than meat, cheese, lettuce, and tomato sandwiches. Which are rather plain, boring and normal. Strange Food Combos: Would You Put Cheese on a BLT? |

I have to say: I work with a lady who refuses to drink the tap water, she says it makes her nauseous. I just don't understand what is in the water that makes her nauseous. Have you been able to figure out what it is that makes you sick? And, quite a few companies sell bottled tap water, does this also make you sick? I'm really curious because this doesn't seem to be an isolated event. Drink Local: Sexy Tap Water Is In |

I'm going to admit: I'm totally NOT packing my lunch in September. I teach high school. AND we just switched our lunch provider to one that provides all natural, organic, HFCS-free, etc, etc, lunches for our students and teachers get to also get in on this. So, to save myself one more thing to stress over, I'm totally not packing my lunch this first month of school. September Resolution: Pack Your Lunch Every Day! |

OK, seriously. I've really had enough of these posts. There are FOUR pictures and you only EVER mention THREE of the items. I get it. It's a ploy, you want me to click on the article to see the third one. Then you get more clicks. Just mention all of them and then if they are worth reading about I'll click. Enough of the trickery. I'm done otherwise. Peanut Butter Banana Muffins Delicious links for 8.25.10 |

My parents bought this when they redid their kitchen a few years back. They added lots of new high storage and my mom needed some kind of step stool. They love it. I love it. My parents are getting older and sturdiness is something that they worry about. It's a really sturdy ladder. If it weren't for the price, I'd own a few myself. Man, I just picked a ton of red currants today. I love red currant jam. I also picked a flat of black raspberries. Man are the red currants easier. I just sat on the ground, lifted up the branches, stuck my bucket under, and went to town. I make the jam 'cause it's easier to me than jelly. I refill my wetjet bottle all the time. I have the small bottle that came with it when I first purchased it. You have to hold the bottle top in boiling water for about 20-30 seconds to get the glue to let go first. Then I use maybe half a cup of vinegar and the rest water. There is still some smell from the solution left in there so I don't usually smell the vinegar. But you could also just put a few drops of an essential oil that you like in the solution and that should help with the vinegar smell. I found that I was using more vinegar than I really should have been using. You don't need that much vinegar to make an impact. Where I live they recommend that you use only vinegar and water to mop the hardwood floors. Non-Toxic DIY Cleaning Solution for Swiffer WetJets? Good Question | Apartment Therapy Re-Nest |
