I'm not sure what the intent of this survey is. As others say, some of the blogs at the lower end of the list are more interesting than the higher ranking ones. Are the blogs there for members of the public to get ideas from (fair enough) or is it intended for designers? I would love to see a list of the most creative interior designers' blogs.

My outdoor living style would have to combine practicality with managed-nature. Outdoor spaces can take large amounts of time to manage but going to extremes 'concreting over your garden' denies the nature that we are looking to share our time with. So gardened areas would be ones that manage weeds 'naturally' and man-made items would focus on the ability to maintain their look or to use materials that age well such as teak.
