really lovely! your place is sparkling. and i love oak park - great town - that's where my husband's from - so we're out there all the time...especially shopping for italian groceries and specialties on harlem - just west of you. Wedding location - some friends of ours got married in Garfield Park Conservatory - on the west side of downtown - amazing, beautiful setting, very unique....really wonderful. You should check it out. Apartment Therapy - Open Thread 72 |

We have a wood slab table and a cool wooden bench and paired it with 4 Danish modern chairs that have slate gray apholstery. Gives it a classic, modern feel. wow - there must be a way to take legal action and get out of this contract? Why in the world would they do this before you moved in? Very sketchy. I have a lawyer contact if you need one. thanks for the advice everyone. Good to know about the "effluent" water. I have had massive allergies for the past week - probably related to the change in weather...but also related to the basement (since I seem to be better when I'm not at home). Will try the suggestions...and also - might have to resort to bleach given that I'm worried about all of that bacteria hanging around. Good Question: Green Cleanup for a Flooded Basement |
