Really nice and interesting things. Love the chairs in the living room. My only criticism would be that all the seating in the living room is pushed up against the walls. It's very odd. He should try moving furniture away from the walls to make it a more intimate space. And a rug runner does not belong in that location. It's for a hallway. I want!....and I like the apartment too. Agree with the comment about not pushing all the furniture up against the walls. It would be such a cuter apartment if he moved the sofa perpendicular to the wall with the gray sleeper across from it.

I agree with @swagdujour... God, AT has gotten awfully boring. I used to be on this site multiple times a day. Now, it's just a few times per week. I don't see much of a difference except for the bedspread. I agree with @norahl- fold the purple bedspread in fourths and lay it at the foot of the bed. I would def. get rid of the granny sofa and PLEASE don't angle the furniture. It doesn't make any sense to angle it based on where your credenza is located.
