I think it looks great...don't you think by painting the wall it would seem to cubicle? I think you should paint wide horizontal stripes in a mid gray tone. I think it would create some drama but not be too much. It would be funky when you walked in. Suggestions for Painting the Partition Wall? Good Questions |

My whole main floor in my house is pine! We built our house eight years ago and decided to use it. First it was cheap and second, it used to be a common flooring, back in the day...It does dent and crack and if you have a dog, be prepared to have scratches. Over all it looks great and we have learned to live with our antique floor. Don't get it if you are at all a perfectionist! Pine Flooring Love | Apartment Therapy New York |

I Love working with concrete. I have made a two fountains and a counter top, does that count as crafts? I love the antique faux bois planters and would someday like to try making some. The Concrete Challenge at Chez Larsson | Apartment Therapy San Francisco |

I think I would paint the country blue on your table white or an off white color...The server seems to large for the area and takes up a lot of room...so make it also white or off white. It would blend into the walls and add some brightness to the room. Simplify the top of the server and maybe put your grasses on the floor beside the server? I see a funky larger painting above it...once you decide on the rug and curtains you could incorporate those colors into the art work.
