Missoni is iconic, but a lot of Missoni for Target looks like kitsch.

The colors in that room are not on speaking terms (wall color???). The visual transitions are too abrupt for my taste.
I would ad a buffet or cabinet. The curtain length is awesome. Good ideas on their blog, too.

Where did you get the large, framed map? I love the white matting and frame. And I love maps!

Above all else: don't fall for bourgeois values, trappings, or aesthetics.

1. Get a Realtor who specializes in condos in your area (one with a great track record)
2. Price it aggressively.

Your Realtor can give you invaluable advice as to how to stage it for a quick sale, what works and what doesn't, what to spend your money on and what not to.

If you could paint your porch and steps a fresh shade of gray, then I think a vibrant green such as BM Chic Lime would look great on your front door.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with red for your door as long as it's vibrant - think of a red with more orange in it than blue.

Sometimes Chiasso has something irresistible.

It really is part of the cost of ownership. I'm not saying it's acceptable, but dog owners have to account for these things. I'm sure you do. I have three and thankfully none of them chew, but one of them did up until recently.

Travel. Treat yourself to an exotic location. When you feel the need to establish your own tradition you will know it and then it will happen. I have no advice because I'm not there yet. Still traveling for the Holidays. You'd be very surprised at the people you meet who are doing the same thing, and it becomes a great Holiday!
