a house in Round Rock that isnt a boring color palette ! I am shocked and pleased. These folks did it a great job making it there home and not sticking with what the scheme up there seems to be although beautiful homes it does become a bit repeted. LOVE the color palette they chose.

the nursery is super cute but the pendent thing is a bummer :(

my sil did not read much on her baby care and put all sorts of stuffed animals and things inside her crib. i am sure if she saw this she would also put the super cute banner on the crib and not intend to take it off. there are a lot of people out there that quickly decorate a room and not realize the saftey risks because of the mag/design images they are seeing and not reading. its not AT job to make sure ppl arent idiots but it wouldnt hurt to go the extra inch to not promote unsafe environments.

i pinned this accidently under my party section then left it there for a PARTY FAVOR!!! if the sleeve is still on the front you could put a picture or coloring page there too for the kids perhaps with personalized names???

the kitchen sink.

both my kids usually take baths but there are times a shower is needed. we have a dry towel handy so they can wipe there faces off after we wash hair or they get "rain" in there face. making the shower enjoyable like playing in the rain is fun for them. but if she does freak out try the kitchen sink. My babies are huge and both in the 90% since birth. The kitchen sink just didnt work for me!

about the blue and pink...my son likes blue and my daughter likes pink...go figure my kids are standard.

i was second guessing myself on weather this was for the kids or it was in the main kitchen! beautiful.

we had stations for our little ones, the crib was mainly a sleep station or when i thought i was going to loose my mind i would place them in there and clam down. funny how grumpy a person becomes after only hours of sleep for months in a row. the crib became a safe spot for our little one to just be. we also used a play pin, swing, bouncer, walker, play mat, johnny jumper and what ever other station we could think of. saftey became a first. i would view the mattress as more of a station not a sleep solution. i also agree with each baby being different. this would not have worked for our first but i could see our second child enjoying it. also the risk over weighs the function. i would invest in stations or different options for your baby. congrats! your gut feeling will really kick in like never before. go with what works for you.
