the expedit is also THE record shelf per excellence. It's sturdy enough to hold tons of vinyl, smooth enough so that it doesn't damage the cover, big enough so that you can put some slightly unusual shaped records in there. mf1192, it becomes an issue mainly because larger companies tends to answer to the shareholders and not the ethics. Recently, larger agro industrial companies have tried to get the USFDA to change the rules of the organic labels. This would have resulted in allowing the use of GMO between others. Small farms created the organic movement to differentiate themselves from huge company and defend their respect towards food and earth. what about having some paper? what good are pencils and pens without paper? Plus you need a cup/glass for water, a back up hard drive if all the work is on the computer, a printer for any hard copy and a filing system for any hard copy that are delivered related to the system. I quite like it, but I think that chosing modern style cabinet and stainless steel to obtain a timeless feeling isn't the right way to go. It will age and not be timeless anymore in a decade or two. Last winter, I was leaving Virginia for good and went to france before moving to texas. As the last day was getting more and more emotional, I got the pleasant surprise of being upgraded to business class during the overnight flight from East Coast to Paris. I agree with Erica, more of the drought resistant plants. But no no to the luscious grass landscape. I'm in San Antonio and there's water issues, if people wants a nice green grass, they should just move away to somewhere colder.
