Another gluten free poster here and I'm happy to tell you that there are lots of options! Even though there are gluten free breads, I tend to stick to salads, a protein and veggies, soups and think of corn tortillas as a wrap or bread. Quinoa with lots of veggies and a protein mixed in is also a great option. For a pasta dish, I think Trader Joe's Corn Pasta is the best gluten free option and it's also at a great price.

An english breakfast, mint, and a ginger are always available. Then I love having whatever Mariage Freres I can get my hands on here or what I've picked up in Paris. So far their Bourbon, French Breakfast Tea and Casablanca are my favorites.

Can't wait to try this even though it's crazy expensive. I'm not a confident baker so having to combine flours, add xanthan gum, etc is not appealing. Would love to hear comments if anyone has tried this!

I'd say new blender but that's because I went through 2 Cuisinart ones in no time. They haven't held up well for me. Although....I'd give blpeder's technique a try first.

Definitely Better Than Boullion. Karen2980....I've used the vegetarian "chicken" stock and although it's not exactly like chicken stock, it's good and I'd use it again in a pinch or for vegetarians.

I always find the back story of one moving to Paris just as interesting as the decor posts. Dying to move there myself but will have visa issues, etc. and wondering why does it seem like everyone else is able to just pick up and move there???!!!!
