I feel guilty saying this, but I find most things that have been passed down to me a burden. Often, these items are not my style and not something I would display, so I'm forced to find room to store it. Since my home isn't particularly large, this can be a real problem. I plan to minimize what I pass on to my children - I prefer to pass on photos (digital is great!) and video instead of most material items. Do You Pass Down Family Collections? |
