what is the item is photo 36?

i loved their things and they obviously have a very unique and personal style. i'm sure i would love it "in context" but it was very hard to get a feel for how rooms were pulled together/ layout. once again disappointed in all of the "close shots" of items instead of showing me the house we're touring.

i'm really digging the artwork and would love to know how did it.

i don't think this is a successful combination of vintage and modern. the space makes me feel sad. it looks terribly impractical and unfinished -- like there was a vision but it didn't quite come to fruition. i'd be afraid they'd do the same to my hair.

cluttered, yet interesting, loft + sparce, drab lower level = party on the top+business on the bottom = mullet.

loved his art, furniture, odds and ends, colors, etc.
hated the "tour." with all the close shots of the art with the space as an afterthought, it was hard to get a feel for how the space was laid out.

voted for the lesser of five evils -- david's living room. it was just okay. but looked like a lot we've seen before but not as nicely done. the bedroom was a close acceptable second. the rest-- i think these guys got totally punked.

with the fab ceiling height, why not floor-to-ceiling with drapery? the low-line looks odd against a statement wall.

i think it's gorgeous. even as i updated the space, i would keep it. if you love it, keep it. if you don't, salvage.
