I work at home and I make lunch an official pause. I don't look at email, and I don't answer the phone. I prepare my meal, and eat it at the dining room table. When the dishes are done, I have an espresso and get back to work. Doesn't take more than an hour, usually. Where Do You Eat Lunch at Home? |

I, too, am a devotee of the electric kettle. If you drink tea all day long, it's the fastest and most efficient way to go. I have a Russell Hobbs (the old model, monika1, from before they were acquired by Salton, the company that ruined the original design) and I just can't live without it.
