i don't have a picture available this moment, but i had a desk made a few years ago when i lived in a studio that might be exactly what you're looking for. it is heavy and gets bolted to the wall and then flips up into position. when in closed position it sits flush on the wall. it's a finished natural wood and i still have it if you're interested. i'm not sure how to contact you directly or have you email me without typing my email here for everyone to see. do you?

When I bought my mattress a few years ago, the salesperson swore that the box spring is so important but so many of these great modern platform beds don't use the box spring. Does anyone have an opinon on this?

WHITE CEILING PAINT HELP!!

does anyone know where i can learn how to make lighting fixtures, lamps, etc. there are so many DIY fixtures on this site and i've got ideas! but no actual no-how. is there a class in this somewhere? anyone?
