Because I grew up in the Philippines, I got used to drinking bottled water everywhere I went. So when I moved to London, I suffered as I lugged huge bottles of water up to my apartment until I realized how silly I was being! I'm on the fence about these salad spinners. I read somewhere that I shouldn't use them because they put too much trauma and stress on the greens. I guess it depends on what greens you're using. When I lived in London, I never had a salad spinner and would dry my leaves with paper towels. But back here at home, I use the spinner if I'm in a hurry. Hot or Not?: Salad Spinners |
