I love the birch tubes with the glass votive candles! The rustic look of the tubes combined with the candles is warm and beautiful. I have a message board on my kitchen's wall and I use it everyday to monitor our family's activities. I think it looks nice if it's not a big wall. If it's in a bedroom, it can also help with "warming" the room. Arkay- it sounds really bad... My husband and I have two very close desks and mine can get pretty messy sometimes... I like it when it's all White with a few touches of dramatic color.
