Most of your gold tequilas are artificially colored...which I never understood the point. Why the additives? To make believe it is an expensive aged tequila when it isn't? If I am making margaritas, 1800 Silver is good enough for me. Best Liquors: What Is Your Favorite Tequila – and Why? |

If you are including the veggies to add dimension to a sauce, then fine. If you are adding them to trick the recipient into eating them without their knowledge...no. My mother-in-law did this to my husband and he has to be the pickiest person I know. She would literally pulverize an onion till it was a pile of watery sludge, then add it to the dish. I will never do this to my kids. The veggies are in plain sight. They can see what everything is and are encouraged to try and appreciate different foods. Sorry--I have no patience for this stuff. I ended up buying a desk calendar and attaching it to the wall (well, the back of a door) with 3M picture hanging strips. It works well for me, and there is plenty of room to write! Cool Wall Calendar with Room For Writing? Good Questions |

mcb1223 is right...you need to breathe through your mouth, not your nose. Breathing through my nose causes instant stinging and tears...for me it's really bad. Breathing through the mouth will buy me about 2 minutes...then the tears start. I just try to be a really fast chopper in those 2 minutes. I think this bread trick is designed to keep your mouth open. Best Way to Stop Onion Tears? Put Bread In Your Mouth |

Try to keep in mind how you feel when you are a guest in someone's home. I'm sure you don't inspect every nook and cranny for cleanliness...or even mind if there is a little clutter here and there. I don't mind a little dirt or clutter in other's homes, and I think most people feel that way, too. You are spending time together, and that is what is really important. So, the plastic keeps the potato fresh for a week or two longer than without...great...except the plastic will not biodegrade for 1,000 years and will end up in the middle of the ocean with some poor animal choking on it.
