I get why people are offended by the American flag as window treatment. To be it's tooo college dorm decor.

I would love to see the sleeping area and the bathroom.
I thonk it would help me understand the overall arch of the space.

I love this apt. My only thought - which is a personal perferrence - is I would have kept the kitchen counter. Updated and scaled back on the counter width.
I do bake and cook so I would need a prep space.
Everything else is simplely well designed.

Love 4! When I was a kid I wanted a window seat bracked by book shelves. This is so much better!

Okay just saw the LA Times pieces. The photos there does more justice to your place. Saw more personalized space. Love the office and the bookcases.
I'm a huge reader and have nearly a thousand books in my library.
Got a better view of a bedroom and the bathroom. OMG, an open air tub in the middle of a bustling city AND no worries about peeping neighbors! Genuis!

I don't get it. According to the blueprint, there's two bathrooms? Next to each other? The original bedroom is where the paino is, correct?
I really like the kitchen, but overall don't see a "theme" or unifying schematic.

I really would not be happy with the kitchen. No storage space for dishes & glasses or dry goods. And that "rustic" table doesn't fit at all.
Otherwise, cool space. Like the bedroom (from what we can see) a great deal and the bathroom.
