It's a struggle; I hope she heals quickly. I had to rehome my cat, Morgan, when I was laid off and had to move out of my apartment. It was hard, but I knew it was going to be great for him to go to a lovely house with a yard to explore and another cat to play with. The adopter later sent me some photos of him happily laying on the counter (which was never allowed at my house!). I hope your sister can be comforted by the fact that her cats will be well loved and happy! Giving Up Your Pets: A Happy Ending |

I had this same problem, but with cigarette smoke... and it was supposed to be a non-smoking building. Turns out the plumbing access in my closet was connected to some other place in the building that the smokers had chosen to use as their ashtray. I raised hell on the managers until they solved the problem with the other tenants and closed the holes in my closet. New Lease Deal Breakers |

I do this all the time! I make sure to use out-of-license works if I'm printing, but I also use fabric, old books, sheet music, lots of things!
