I never did make it to Sunnyvale's, but I loved Campbell's and Mountain View's farmer's markets. I feel so blessed to live in an area with easy access to fresh produce!

My husband took a class at Stanford called The Aging Brain and all of the studies pertaining to a healthy brain showed that sugar really is toxic. You can be taking a healthy course of action for your brain but then once you add sugar all of the benefits are gone. I need to remember this cause I buy those cheap Mexican pastries in my corner market too often.

can you really store coffee in a clear container? I read online you shouldn't but if that's not true I'd like to do something like this.

Yeah, I'd call it butchering a tuna since it's how we refer to cows being "dismantled," but I still enjoyed seeing the skill in action. They're other videos are cool too.

FYI this post title is also the title of a book about some kids locked in an attic, starved, poisoned, and some other teenage hormonal things. Just thought it was an interesting title choice for a child-centric blog.

If you're going to carry that half-fork, might as well carry a regular fork around instead. I bet it'd be easier to eat with than a precarious chopstick-fork.
